On occasion we take on special projects besides cakes. We have done extensive work in gingerbread: everything from a scale model of the architectural masterpiece Trinity Church in Boston to victorian reproductions in your neighborhood to a winter carnival extravaganza. Every year for the past 10 years we have donated gingerbread structures to a variety of charities during the Christmas holiday season, many of which have won awards. If you are interested in having us build something in gingerbread to be the centerpiece of your party please give us a call. Everything from bauhaus to bungalows to basilicas is possible in gingerbread!

We are also known for our delectable candy, flavored nut and cookie gift boxes. Our melt in your mouth candies may include peanut butter brittle, toffee, caramel, or marshmallows among others. We have a mouth watering array of cookies: pecan sand wafers, lemon sables and chocolate dipped biscotti are just a few choices from our wide selection. These collections are festively bagged, swathed in decorative tissue and placed in bow wrapped boxes. We have produced our boxes for everything from wedding welcome boxes to corporate and holiday gifts. The boxes are a unique way to add that personal touch to your gift giving.

Decorated cookies can enhance any special occasion. We have reproduced company logos and recreated themes from weddings, showers and special events into cookie designs. Not only do the designs make a special impression but the flavor of the cookies are not to be missed.
